SIERRA ASHBURN, FOUNDER
I'm Sierra Ashburn, a Fractional COO and the passionate founder of Amplified Innovation. We specialize in helping floundering entrepreneurs and small businesses, guiding them back to shore to focus on their zones of genius and rediscover joy in their work. My heart resonates with impact-driven individuals who, despite feeling overwhelmed or out of flow in their small or mid-sized organizations, are dedicated to ongoing growth and success.
Starting my career in the corporate world not only made me fall head over heels for business operations and nurturing relationships, but also led me to establish Amplified Innovation in 2018. This decision has brought more flexibility into my family's life, allowing me to support other businesses and non-profits along their growth journeys. My superpower lies in crafting strategic, well-defined operations plans and helping leaders execute tasks according to these plans.
In 2019, I began intentionally expanding my team, bringing in talented women desiring a flexible, non-toxic working environment. Doing so has diversified and broadened my team's collective skillset, enabling us to assist a wider range of clients more effectively. I am also driven to share my experience, tools, and stories with budding entrepreneurs, particularly women aiming to build a business that allows them to find balance and make a positive impact.
On a personal note, I'm a fierce loving mama to five incredible kiddos, and on focused healing and shifting generational patterns. We embrace homeschooling, homesteading, and travel, while being endlessly curious about the world around us. I am a 5/2 Manifesting Generator in Human Design, and my top 5 Clifton Strengths are Strategic, Input, Individualization, Achiever, and Realtor.

CHRIS BRIGHT, INTERNAL OPERATIONS & FINANCE
Chris is based in Tennessee and supports our clients with accounting, bookkeeping and administration/organization. She enjoys having a flexible schedule and meeting new clients to help them behind-the-scenes, allowing them to free up time to concentrate on their business.
Chris’ favorite organization hack is project management software, which she describes as a “to-do list on steroids!” Outside of work, she recharges by camping with her husband and grandkids.
BRITTNEY JOHNSON, STRATEGIC LEAD
Brittney is based in Ohio and supports our team as a Strategic Lead, and is a Client Experience Specialist and Certified Operations Director. She has over 15 years of customer support and leadership experience and has a passion for fostering strong client relationships and a relentless dedication to service excellence,
Brittney's unique blend of expertise, passion, and strategic thinking make her an invaluable resource for organizations seeking to elevate their customer support and enhance the overall client experience. She is a Manifesting Generator in Human Design.
TONI MCCOY, BUSINESS SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Toni is based in Georgia and supports our clients with strategy and systems support. She enjoys working on a team where everyone is empowered to lean into their strengths and skills to provide a larger impact. She is a Manifesting Generator in Human Design.
Toni’s favorite organizational hack is time blocking and using Asana. Outside of work, she enjoys repurposing old furniture - she’s even quoted as saying: “you can do just about anything with a can of spray paint and a trip to Goodwill!”
JESSICA JENKINS, BUSINESS SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Jessica is based in Tennessee and enjoys supporting our clients behind-the-scenes in their businesses. She enjoys working on our team because it gives her the flexibility to be an active and present mom in her children's lives.
Jessica also enjoys karaoke, especially songs from her childhood: “90s songs just hit differently!”
