We don’t provide admin services without operational support, too. Our expertise extends beyond “the doing” - we are specialized problem solvers who know how to look at the whole puzzle before starting to fit in the pieces. Our administrative expertise is extensive, ranging from workflow building and SOP creation to calendar/inbox management and marketing execution. Please note that we do offer cold calling services.

We believe in providing value-driven services. That's why we've adopted flat-based pricing as opposed to hourly rates. We've found that hourly pricing can be cumbersome to track and manage, especially when it comes to separating operational tasks and administrative tasks, leading to higher costs to our clients. With flat-based pricing, you'll know exactly what you are going to pay upfront, which makes it much easier to budget. We pride ourselves on being able to meet clients at their current budget level while still offering an all-inclusive and comprehensive service.

We also believe that our experience and energetic exchange go beyond just an hourly rate. We focus on delivering value and a high-quality customer experience, rather than nickel and diming our clients. This approach has proven to be more client-friendly, transparent, and beneficial for everyone involved!

Our internal systems and processes are built to protect your privacy and the confidentiality of your information. All passwords are maintained through a secure password sharing program (LastPass). Only necessary team members have access to your information, and only our leadership has access to your contract details. Our contract includes a mutual non-disclosure and we are willing to sign an additional NDA as requested. We will also ask for your permission before posting any identified testimonials or social media tags.

Our streamlined onboarding process is designed to be a low-stress experience. Depending on your deliverables, we will prepare a checklist so you know what to expect every step of the way, throughout the onboarding process.

In Your Pocket Operations Support requires a 3-month commitment and Ongoing Operations & Administrative Support requires a 6-month commitment.

We are not a fit if you’re looking for an overnight fix. Quality work takes time. We jump right in but we do so with care - there is going to be a “getting to know you” phase. We stagger our initial projects so that each one gets the time and attention it deserves.

We believe that businesses should be profitable but they should also prioritze customer satisfaction, team retention, brand reputation, sustainable innovation, and long-term growth.

We are not a fit if you’re not willing to make any changes. Our clients need to approach our working relationship with an open mind, because we are going to identify inefficiencies in your business that need improvement. If you’re willing to adapt, we will work alongside you to help you grow. But if you’re truly not ready to make changes, we are not a fit for you. We aren’t going to force you or push you before you’re ready!
